Lincoln, the county seat of Logan County in central Illinois, provides a "small town" atmosphere, with a
population of @ 18,000. On any given lazy summer day as you drive down one of it's cobblestone streets (yes, they do have
a few left)-you may look up in the clear blue sky and see 1 or even 3 hot-air balloons drifting by, as one of the many churchs'
bells peal in the distance. With friendly people, good schools, and a more relaxed living-style, it's a wonderful place to
live. Lincoln is also in a great location. It's adjacent to Interstate-55, and nearly centrally located between shopping,
cultural, and entertainment centers Peoria, Decatur, Bloomington/Normal, & the State Capitol-Springfield. It's also nearly
